Client:


§  The client is Europe and the Middle East division of Office Depot, the number 1 reseller with 9.000 associates and sells office products and services through direct mail catalogs, contract sales forces, internet sites and retail stores.


Business  Need:


§  The client requires a centralized web based solution that will be used by concurrent 70+ Warehouse Users, 250+ Inventory Managers, and 500+ vendors in 14+ warehouses across European countries and UK to manage Appointment Scheduling, Discrepancy Reporting, On Time in Full Vendor Reporting, Stock Overview, Vendor Score Card functions in local languages and currencies


§  The new solution should integrate with existing SAP and AS/400 ERP solutions and replace current suite of similar tools ranging from solutions fully integrated into business systems through to standalone excel spreadsheets and access databases

§  We provided dedicated distributed teams of optimal size and composition on BYT Engagement model with desired functional and technical competence for development of web based warehouse platform for Office Depot’s Staff/Vendor/Carrier to measure the performance of the Supply Chain


§  The solution is built around providing a comprehensive performance monitoring system which include detailed customize Reports/Dashboards, Supply Appointment Scheduling, Discrepancy, Vendor Score Card.


§  Complete back-office integration with Order Entry, Inventory Control, and Purchase Orders modules


§  Scalability to accommodate future business growth and allow Vendors /Carrier to login and view their Dashboards
